I have been in financial services recruitment since 2002 specialising mainly in financial adviser talent acquisition for IFAs and restricted firms on a national basis. I have also been a financial adviser as well as an annuities broker giving me additional industry insight. I have developed strong industry connections throughout my career and am enthusiastic about helping others progress their own in order to become more successful. I also have a keen interest in the types of products IFAs are able to advise on and the way they're remunerated helping me to empathise and understand their aspirations
